Clover ClubISH: 2% ABV
Typical Clover Club: 14% ABV
Ingredients
4 cl GinISH
2 cl Lillet Blanco
2 cl Fresh lemon juice
2 cl Raspberry syrup
White chocolate foam
Garnish
Dehydrated raspberry
Method
Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with white chocolate foam and add a dehydrated raspberry.
