Craft & quality

The heart of ISH Spritz lies in its bitterness. We start with French gentian root and quassia bark – botanicals known for their aromatic depth and precise bite. Italian citrus brings brightness and lift, delivering the familiar snap and sunlit freshness of a classic Spritz.

To complete the profile, we add a unique distillate made from chili seed shells. It introduces a subtle, lingering warmth that mirrors the satisfying heat of a full-strength aperitivo, elevating the alcohol-free experience with confidence and complexity.
