ISH Sparkling Rosé is made for moments that deserve a little extra glow and sparkle. Baby showers, sunlit terrace moments and gatherings with loved ones. Sophisticated, bright and expressive, it delivers a sparkle that will make every moment special.

ISH Sparkling Rosé opens with soft notes of ripe plum, strawberry and raspberry, carried by a clean acidity that keeps it crisp and refreshing. Its pink hue hints at a vibrant, not too sweet, profile.

Characteristics
Our non-alcoholic Château del ISH, Sparkling Rosé is nicely balanced in it’s acidity and is perceived as dry (or Secco) for sparkling wines.

Craft & quality

The grapes are harvested and pressed directly, inoculated with a yeast culture and fermented in steel vats. Following fermentation the wines are gently dealcoholized in a proprietary vacuum distillation process in order to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes.

Merlot
Merlot is one of the most grown red grape varieties. Wines from Merlot are often soft and smooth and are therefore very accessible to consumers. Typical flavor notes of cool climate Merlot wines are cherry, plums, raspberry, blackberry, bay leaf, liquorice and chocolate.

Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir produces elegant, velvety wines with typical notes of red fruits, flower and spices to evoke notes of raspberry, cherry, blackberry, hibiscus, bitter almonds and mushroom.

How we remove the alcohol

Our Sparkling Rosé is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation – a gentle process that protects the wine’s natural aromas and structure. Under pressure, alcohol evaporates at around 38°C instead of the usual 78°C, helping preserve delicate flavors and mouthfeel.

Because wine is a living, seasonal product, each batch is blended with care to ensure a consistent taste experience year after year – delivering the clarity, freshness and freedom you expect from ISH.
