How we remove the alcohol

Our Chardonnay is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation – a gentle process that protects the wine’s natural aromas and structure. Under pressure, alcohol evaporates at around 38°C instead of the usual 78°C, helping preserve flavor, balance and mouthfeel.
