Is this an alcohol-free gin?

Technically, we're not allowed to call it an alcohol-free gin. But you are 😉 To be classified as gin, it must contain a minimum ABV of 37.5%, which ours does not. However, we use the same botanicals found in traditional gin and employ similar distillation methods in addition to steam and extraction techniques that allow us to create a taste that closely resembles gin, fooling most people when mixed and enjoyed in good company.

Our unique process

To create ISH London Botanical Spirit, we source sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe, coriander seeds mainly from Provence, France, peppercorn, bitter orange and a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we love. All come together to create the familiar experience without the alcohol.

Our London Botanical Spirit is made by carefully distilling, steaming and extracting our botanicals to re-create the familiar flavors of a classic gin. To add the warming sensation we know and love from alcohol, we extract the heat molecules from the shells of chili seeds.

ISH London Botanical Spirit is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic spirit. Based on the botanicals juniper, coriander, bitter orange peel and black pepper, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic beverage experience for the mindful drinker.

ISH London Botanical Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the kick to your cocktails but without the alcohol. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your cocktails

5 cl ISH London Botanical Spirit
10 cl Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

GARNISH
Dried juniper berries, fresh cracked pepper and fresh rosemary.

METHOD
Pour over ice and serve with a smile ;)

Cucumber Crush

6 cl ISH London Botanical
3 Cucumber wheels muddled
3 Basil leaves muddled
2,5 cl Lime juice
2,5 cl Simple syrup

GARNISH
Fresh basil.

METHOD
Muddle the ISH London botanical, cucumber wheels and basil before adding the rest of the ingredients and shaking with ice. When chilled pour The entire contents of the shaker into a low-ball glass, garnish and serve.

Citrus Bliss

5 cl ISH London Botanical
3 cl Blood orange juice
2,5 cl Lemon juice
2,5 cl Simple syrup
2 dash orange bitters (optional)
1 splash of Club soda

GARNISH
Orange peel and a lemon wheel.

METHOD
Mix ingredients together over ice, give it a stir and add garnish.
