How we remove the alcohol

Our Merlot is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation – a gentle method that protects the wine’s natural aromas and structure. Under pressure, alcohol evaporates at just 38°C instead of the usual 78°C, helping preserve flavor, balance and mouthfeel.
