ISH Paloma is our take on an exotic classic – bright, refreshing and effortless. Built around pink grapefruit, lime and ISH Mexican Agave, it delivers the crisp, citrus-led character we love about a Paloma, together with the backbone of our award-winning alcohol-free tequila.

ISH Paloma opens with vibrant pink grapefruit, lifted by fresh lime and a subtle mineral edge that gives it the snap of a freshly mixed cocktail. The flavor is bright and refreshing, with a gentle bitterness that keeps everything in balance.

Craft & quality

Behind the fresh citrus sits our Mexican Agave – crafted from Mexican blue agave traditionally used in agave spirits, together with a unique distillate made from chili seed shells. This adds a satisfying warmth that lingers just long enough to make the alcohol-free experience feel complete and authentic.

Inspired by reposado tequila, our Mexican Agave also brings a delicate touch of oak – a soft, rounded note that delivers the mellow character Paloma lovers expect.
