Built on our award-winning ISH London Botanical and a quinine-forward tonic, it delivers the clean bitterness and layered botanical character you expect from a conventional G&T. Taste & serving

ISH G&T opens with a clear juniper bite, followed by fresh citrus notes of lemon, lime, mandarin and bitter orange. The tonic brings a clean, dry bitterness, while subtle warmth underneath gives the cocktail structure and depth. Bright, refreshing and beautifully balanced.

Enjoy it straight from a chilled can or serve over ice in a glass with fresh rosemary and dried juniper berries.

Craft & quality

At the heart of ISH G&T is our ISH London Botanical. We source sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe for their clean, resinous character, paired with coriander seeds from Provence, chosen for their warm, citrus-linked aroma. Together, they form the familiar backbone of a true gin experience.

To build complexity, we add a natural citrus blend and a unique distillate made from chili seed shells. This delivers a gentle heat that lingers just long enough to make the alcohol-free experience feel complete and distinctly grown up.
