• 12 cl ISH Sparkling White
• 5 cl Elderflower syrup
• 2 cl Lime juice
• 1 handful of mint leaves

Garnish: Fresh mint leaves & Lime

Tip: For a low-alc version add 0,5 cl Blanco Tequila.

Method: Mix all the ingredients and stir in a classic balloon glass.
