Is this an alcohol-free tequila?

Technically, we're not allowed to call it an alcohol-free tequila. But you are 😉 To be classified as tequila, it must contain a minimum ABV of 35.0-55.0%, which ours does not. However, we use the same elements and ingredients found in traditional tequila and employ similar distillation methods in addition to steam and extraction techniques that allow us to create a taste that closely resembles tequila, fooling most people when mixed and enjoyed in good company.

Our unique process & botanicals

Earthy agave and oakwood are some of the most prominent flavors in a classic Reposado spirit. This is also what you can expect from our Mexican Agave. Organic Mexican agave plants, American oakwood combined with bay leaf, barley and a bit of brown sugar, come together to deliver the distinct aged Reposado-style spirit with a smooth finish. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we know from our full strength spirits.

ISH Mexican Agave Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the kick to youralcohol-free cocktails. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your cocktails.

Our favorite cocktails with Mexican Agave Spirit

Mindful Margarita

3 cl ISH Mexican Agave
2 cl Triple sec
4 cl Lime juice
2 cl Simple syrup

GARNISH
Lime and half salt rim on the glass

METHOD
Dip the tip of your glass into salt and your're ready to start shaking. Add all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled and strain into a chilled Margarita glass. Add a lime wedge for garnish.

10 cl Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
1 cl Agave syrup

GARNISH
Pink grapefruit wedge

METHOD
Pour over ice and serve with a smile ;)

5 cl ISH Mexican Agave
2 cl Lemon juice
6 cl Tomato juice
3 dash Tabasco
Worcestershire
Celery salt or normal salt

GARNISH
Celery, Lime and half salt rim on the glass

METHOD
Mix ingredients together over ice, give it a stir and add garnish.
