Teknisk set mĂ„ vi ikke kalde det en alkoholfri tequila. Men det mĂ„ du godt 😉 For at blive klassificeret som tequila skal den indeholde minimum 35,0-55,0% alkohol, hvilket vores naturligvis ikke gĂžr. Vi bruger dog de samme elementer og planter, som findes i traditionel tequila, og anvender lignende destillationsmetoder ud over damp- og ekstraktionsteknikker, der gĂžr det muligt for os at skabe en smag, der minder meget om tequila, og narrer de fleste, nĂ„r den mixes til en cocktail og nydes i godt selskab.

Vores unikke process

Agave og egetrÊ er de mest prominente smagsnoter i en klassisk Reposado spiritus og det er ogsÄ hvad du kan forvente fra ISH Mexican Agave Spirit. Kombinationen af Þkologisk Mexicansk agave, Amerikansk egetrÊ, laurbÊrblade, malt og lidt brun sukker giver dig den klassiske Reposado-style spirit smag med en blÞd afrunding. Derudover benytter vi en unik proces hvor vi destillerer skallerne af chilifrÞ for at give den tilfredsstillende varme vi kender fra almindelig alkohol.

Mindful Margarita

  • 3 cl ISH Mexican Agave
  • 2 cl Triple sec
  • 4 cl Lime juice
  • 2 cl Simple syrup

GARNISH
Lime and half salt rim on the glass

METHOD
Dip the tip of your glass into salt and your're ready to start shaking. Add all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled and strain into a chilled Margarita glass. Add a lime wedge for garnish.

Paloma Please

  • 5 cl ISH Mexican Agave 
  • 10 cl Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 cl Agave syrup

GARNISH
Pink grapefruit wedge

METHOD
Pour over ice and serve with a smile ;)

Mexican Mary

  • 5 cl ISH Mexican Agave
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 6 cl Tomato juice
  • 3 dash Tabasco
  • Worcestershire
  • Celery salt or normal salt

GARNISH
Celery, Lime and half salt rim on the glass

METHOD
Mix ingredients together over ice, give it a stir and add garnish.
