ISH Mexican Agave Spirit is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic beverage. Based on organic Mexican agave and American oak, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic Reposado-style spirit experience for the mindful drinker.
FLAVOR NOTES
Earthy agave and oakwood are some of the most prominent flavors in a classic Reposado spirit. This is also what you can expect from our Mexican Agave. Organic Mexican agave plants, American oakwood combined with bay leaf, barley and a bit of brown sugar, come together to deliver the distinct aged Reposado-style spirit with a smooth finish. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we know from our full strength spirits.
HOW TO USE
ISH Mexican Agave Spirit is perfect for Mindful Margaritas and Palomas. Sunday Funday anyone? ISH Mexican Agave Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the kick to your alcohol-free cocktails. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your cocktails.
Ingredients: Water, stabiliser: glycerol, natural flavourings (barley), agave syrup, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, apple extract, thickener: cellulose gum.

Add all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled and strain into a chilled Margarita glass.

Why do some of your products contain traces of alcohol?
The process of extracting flavors from plants sometimes require a small amount of alcohol to release its full flavor. This is why some ISH products are labeled with minimal traces of alcohol. To compare, orange juice and goma dressing contain 0,3%-0,4% alcohol, as does many other everyday products. Therefore it's perfectly safe to consume alcohol-free products labelled with less than 0,5% alcohol, also if you are pregnant.

Is ISH safe to enjoy while pregnant?
All ISH products are perfectly safe to enjoy while pregnant. You might be surprised to learn that many everyday food products actually contain trace amounts of alcohol. Orange juice, for example,contains 0,3%-0,4% alcohol. The soy sauce we love to put on sushi? That has alcohol too. Ever eaten a very ripe banana? Then the odds are you consumed some alcohol. Even bread, once baked, can have residual traces of alcohol. Yet all of these are considered alcohol-free from a regulatory standpoint as the amount of alcohol is so minimal that it has no impact whatsoever.
